We ship to the United States, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO.
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority®) for Expedited Orders (2-3 business days in transit) and USPS First Class for Economy Shipping (3-5 business days in transit). Standard shipping & handling fee to the contiguous/continental US locations is $5.99 USD.
Expedited shipping is $7.99 USD for USPS Priority®.
Shipping to all non-contiguous/continental destinations, add $4.00.
We strive to ship all orders within 48 business hours. All orders with graphic tops take an additional 5-7 business days as they are custom made to order. Multiple orders may be combined or single orders split to expedite your orders. Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will never be charged more than the total amount quoted at checkout for any given order. Combining orders is very helpful in decreasing waste, and very efficient in expediting orders.
Hello Pink is not responsible for lost or delayed orders. USPS is responsible once the item is in their possession, and therefor any claims need to be made with them directly. All USPS Priority (expedited shipping) packages are insured up to $100.
We are not responsible for returned items due to incorrect addresses. If your order arrives back to us as undeliverable, we will refund the whole order, minus shipping fees. If you reach out and wish to have it re-shipped, we charge an additional $5.99 fee (or $7.99 if you request to ship it expedited) to re-ship your items.
Hostess reward orders ship for FREE (add $4.00 for non-continental/non-contiguous destinations).
We ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan, US.
Returns shouldn't be a hassle, and we care about our customers and their experience with us. We easily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any related shipping charges) unless the item is specifically marked as final sale. All flash sale items, clearance items and grab bags are final sale items.
At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different size in an item, we advise that you purchase the new item quickly, as stock levels change frequently. Then, we can process a return for the original item.
Hello Pink does not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or you were sent an incorrect item or size. Hello Pink releases all package liability once USPS is in possession of your package. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
If you purchased from a Stylist's personal stock, please contact them directly regarding returns.
If you purchased from HelloPink.com, please mail your item back to the address below. Be certain to include your original packing slip (or a handwritten note is fine) detailing the reason for return. If your return is missing this information, it could delay processing of your return. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
